There are dates of the impact of a polymorphismof b2-adrenergic-receptors on
cardiovascular diseases in an article.

            The polymorphism  b2-adrenergic-receptors Arg16 has a protective influence on cardiovascular diseases. The polymorphism  b2-adrenergic-receptors Glu27 is increased of a hypertrophic o a left ventricular in patients with arterial hypertension and increased of a response for beta-blockers in patients with heart failure, decreased of mortality after myocardial infarction and sudden death. The graphotype Arg16Gln27-Ile164 is associated with decreased of a risk of a myocardial infarction. But, there is not an effect for polymorphism Arg16 and Gln27.
